This study examines the differences in interpretation of halal labels between actors from micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sized industries (IKM). Although function as an indicator products, various interpretations by industry insiders often lead consumers to consider products without labels. involved respondents MSME IKM stakeholders, communities, observers Halal Aceh province. The results show that different are affected lack socialization performed stakeholders. In general, people more likely choose with label than those label. To maximize comprehensive implementation concept, this recommends government establish a monitoring group strengthen supply chain products. Therefore, effort is expected reduce ambiguity increase consumer confidence market.
